Create delivery notes in APTObase

The delivery note function in APTObase allows users to easily and simply create a delivery note for measuring devices that are sent in for calibration, testing or repair. The information available in APTObase and relevant to the calibration order is transferred directly to the delivery note - without any time-consuming copy & paste. APTObase offers an ideal solution for users who do not create delivery documents using company, logistics or dispatch software or an e-commerce platform. The latest version now makes it even more user-friendly.
The revised delivery note function makes document creation simpler, more flexible and more user-friendly. The initial selection of the measuring equipment to be sent remains the same as before. What is new, however, is the option to add selected measuring equipment to an existing delivery note - provided that this is in draft status. This enhancement is particularly helpful when a delivery note is created for a large number of gauges that are spread over several pages of the gauges overview despite targeted filtering, or when gauges are added to a delivery note on an ongoing basis until transport takes place on day X.
The ‘Delivery notes’ menu item offers a second option for adding further test equipment to a delivery note. Both drafts and confirmed delivery notes can be viewed there. Confirmed delivery notes can be downloaded directly as a PDF, while drafts can still be edited. This means that test equipment can be added or removed and details such as reference, recipient and sender address can be adjusted. Finally, the delivery note can also be confirmed here and downloaded as a PDF.
The revised delivery note function in APTObase makes the creation of shipping documents even more efficient and flexible. Users benefit from the ability to add measuring equipment to existing drafts more easily and to edit delivery notes in a targeted manner before finalising them. The function is an ideal solution, especially for companies without separate logistics or shipping software. The new improvements make the process even more intuitive - for faster and error-free processing of calibration and repair orders.
