Latest version of the APTObase mobile app

The latest version of the mobile application of our measuring equipment monitoring software for monitoring and maintaining measuring and test equipment fleets is now available in the Google Play and iOS App Store. The latest version includes new search, sorting and filter functions, additional information on the home screen and minor bug fixes.

Search functions

• In the full-text search, you can search by test equipment or serial number, make or model and much more

Sorting functions

• The test equipment list on the home screen can be sorted in ascending and descending order by test equipment number, date of next calibration and return date

Filter functions

• Under ‘Operating status’, you can filter for test equipment that can be used or is blocked, or for test equipment that is on hold
• Under ‘Utilisation status’, test equipment that is in use, being calibrated, under repair, etc. is filtered quickly
• Under ‘Filter due date’, measuring equipment that must be calibrated by the set date is displayed
• The company structure, which is known from the desktop app, appears under ‘Location’. The company structure can be used to filter for measuring equipment that is used at a specific location

Home screen

• The operating status is directly visible thanks to a coloured dot (green = usable, red = blocked, yellow = in calibration, under repair)
• The due date, i.e. the date of the next calibration, is displayed
• The return date of measuring equipment that is on loan is displayed

Bug fixes

• Tomorrow's date is displayed by default as the return date in the loan process, instead of a date in the past (Android)
• The behaviour of the virtual keyboard has been optimised so that all fields to be filled in can be reached quickly (Android)
• The button for sharing certificates and other PDF files works (Android)
